“We are thrilled with the recently announced rankings report from Venues Today,” said Ron Campbell, President of the St. Pete Times Forum and 2004 Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning. “We are dedicated to bringing a unique array of exciting concerts and events to the Tampa Bay area. The rankings clearly demonstrate the strength of our market and our commitment to providing the biggest and best entertainment to the area.”

March proved to be a strong month for the St. Pete Times Forum with sporting events including the NCAA Men’s Basketball Division 1 First and Second Rounds, special events such as the Mixed Martial Arts Event Xtreme Fighting Championships and Blue Man Group, and terrific concerts such as Dierks Bentley and Jonas Brothers.

Having just hosted the Women’s Final Four Basketball Tournament, the rest of the year continues to look bright with a line-up throughout 2008 that includes Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Bon Jovi, Alicia Keys, Pearl Jam, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Exciting announcements of upcoming shows are just around the corner.
