Welcome:
The staff and management at the St. Pete Times Forum would like to welcome you and wish you a safe and enjoyable visit. Within this section of the site you should find answers to most of your questions regarding accessibility at our facility. Since opening our doors in 1996 we have been committed to providing excellent service to our guests and trust you will find your experience to be a memorable one.

Accessibility:
The St. Pete Times Forum entrances, restrooms, drinking fountains and restaurant areas are fully accessible through the McDonald's Box Office at the St. Pete Times Forum entrance. This entrance is located off of the Chrysler-Jeep Plaza on the west side of the arena. The elevator located within allows access to every seating level of the arena and is limited to persons with disabilities and their guests.

Guest Services:
The St. Pete Times Forum has a full service guest service location at section 101, providing information, directions, and assistance to those individuals in need. For additional assistance, you may contact the St. Pete Times Forum Guest Services Manager/ ADA Liaison at .

Parking:
Although the St. Pete Times Forum does not control any parking in the downtown area, there are several convenient parking locations nearby. While all surrounding lots have disabled parking, the most convenient location is the South Regional Parking Garage. This garage is operated by the city of Tampa and is located at the corner of Channelside Drive and Florida Avenue.

Disabled guests are encouraged to enter via the Florida Avenue Entrance.

Disabled Drop Off:
The St. Pete Times Forum offers a drop-off point along Channelside Drive for persons with disabilities. This is ideal for those who may have a temporary disability and/or do not have a valid handicap parking permit. This area is the 15-minute circle located off of Channelside Drive.

Seating:
The St. Pete Times Forum places high priority on the comfort and safety of its customers, guests and fans. The St. Pete Times Forum also recognizes the needs of people with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Every effort has been made to comply with both ADA accessibility guidelines to accommodate patrons with disabilities.

Guests with disabilities and their companions may enjoy wheelchair space locations that are dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. Please refer to the above phone numbers for seating information and inquiries.

Wheelchair seating and seating for guests with disabilities are available throughout the arena and are located in the sections listed below. These locations may very due to seating configuration and availability.
